NovaNest operates an online retail store. These terms govern the use of our website and the purchase of products. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
2. Orders & Payment
- All prices are listed in US dollars (USD).
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.
- Your order is confirmed once payment is processed successfully.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion if fraud is suspected.
3. Delivery & Final Sale
- You inspect and receive the product at the time of purchase, and accept it in the condition it's in at that time.
- All sales are final. We don't accept returns or refunds for buyer's remorse.
- Products are sold "AS IS." Any manufacturer's warranty is provided directly by the manufacturer, and factory defects are handled under that warranty.
4. Cancellations
- You may request to cancel your order only before it has shipped or been handed off to our fulfillment partner. Once shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled and is subject to the Final Sale policy in Section 3.
- Send cancellation requests to support@novanesthq.com with your order number.
- Approved cancellations are subject to a 45% administrative fee to cover payment processing and order handling; the remaining balance is refunded to your original payment method.
5. Products
Product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products.
6. Warranty & Disputes
All sales are final; we don't offer refunds for buyer's remorse. Factory defects are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
To report a defect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@novanesthq.com with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue. 7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text and logos, is the property of NovaNest and may not be used without written authorization.
8. Limitation of Liability
NovaNest is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the jurisdiction where NovaNest operates.
